UNIT Base 5
In 2006, at least three Groske were stranded on Earth. Shortly afterwards, they were found and recruited by UNIT. They started doing tasks for the base. When the Doctor was pronounced dead, UNIT and the Claw Shansheeth took his body to the base for a funeral.
